Shipping Policy

We strive to ship orders the same day as received if they are placed before 12:00 pm CST. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm unless otherwise stated. We do not ship on weekends. Located near Nashville, Tennessee, shipping time will vary depending on the distance and shipping method selected. See charts below for estimated ground shipping times.

Cancellations & Changes

Once your order has been fulfilled and the shipment tracking number has been created, you cannot cancel or change your order. If you cancel prior to fulfillment, there will be a 5% cancellation fee. Please send an email to [email protected] regarding order cancellations or changes.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for incorrect address entries through our website. If an incorrect address is entered and the package does not arrive, shipping costs will not be refunded. Any additional shipping cost burden will be charged to the customer. If an address is requested to be changed after the shipment is en route, an additional address change fee of $20 will be incurred.

International Shipments

If a package is being shipped outside of the United States or territories of the United States, please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery and will not be held liable for lost packages.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping Order Minimum

Free shipping is available with an order minimum, but there are exclusions. To qualify for free shipping, the following stipulations must be met: the order subtotal must be greater than the promoted minimum after applying any promotional discounts, and the shipping address must be to a location within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise stated. Customers who are already receiving account-specific discounts, such as RMP Pros, Affiliates, and Wholesale Partners, are not eligible for free shipping.

General Free Shipping Stipulations

By selecting free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for undelivered shipments due to carrier unavailability in the customer’s area. If a specific carrier is required for the customer area, it is the responsibility of the customer to choose the appropriate carrier at checkout or inform RMP Finishes prior to shipment.

Flat Rate Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping promotion does have exclusions, and all the following stipulations must be met to be eligible for flat rate shipping. Flat-rate shipping is for orders within the contiguous United States only. By selecting the Flat Rate shipping method, you are granting us the right to choose a shipping carrier at our discretion to ship your package to you. If you have a preferred carrier, please select the corresponding shipping method with that carrier during checkout.
